Because new terms and conditions it says that cashback will be credited within 20 days
It’s been more than 10 days and still no sight of cashback in my payzapp account. Anything i can do to speed up the process?
Update: Just had call with Payzapp customer support, i did my transaction on 14th of December and according to them,their tnc has changed and now it’ll take 20 working days for the cashback to credit into my account. Cc told me my cashback will be credited on or before 14th of January.
