What they told is definitely false that Axis never waives any charges. I’ve myself done this 2-3 times, but not recently. Can’t say if they’ve become much more strict since covid.
But yes, it depends person to person and good luck.
And going forward, doesn’t matter how much cashback or what bill, always pay atleast min due in such cases where u think bill is already paid. This will save you lot of worry.
