Is Cashback Credit for Axis Flipkart Credit Card considered as Payment?

What they told is definitely false that Axis never waives any charges. I’ve myself done this 2-3 times, but not recently. Can’t say if they’ve become much more strict since covid.

But yes, it depends person to person and good luck.

And going forward, doesn’t matter how much cashback or what bill, always pay atleast min due in such cases where u think bill is already paid. This will save you lot of worry.

No luck, they said due to a technical issue the cashback for the month of oct was credited 2 days after the bill generation for everyone and also I am not eligible as per the system for reversal due to some 6 months criteria , the cc person was not able to convey this properly so I couldn’t understand what he was trying to say.
I guess he was trying to say since my card is not 6 months old I am not eligible for reversal

@sri222 @atx88 – got the late payment fee reversed through nodal officer. Thanks for the help
