Don’t know about it,
But Definitely its BAD for your TEETH.
Not necessarily if one has the facility to clean his / her teeth immediately after consumption
Also , using dark chocolate with lesser sugar content reduces the risk of damage to teeth

Cocoa contains flavonoids that are claimed to be good for heart. However, any chocolate contains added sugar that are bad for heart and all other body organs.
Since chocolate is mainly cultivated using child workforce, it’s definitely not good for heart. Cruelty free chocolate is expensive

Dark Truth: Most chocolate based findings/papers/research suggesting it is good for heart etc are funded by chocolate making companies. The same is applicable for most food items.
On a similar note, anything in moderation should be fine in my opinion.
i think it is little bit good. But not with added sugar. The chocolate normally we get in market contains lots of sugar. Sugar is bad.
