Hii dimers is HDFC netsafe is Down ? I am trying to generate a VCC from last 2 days but evertime after inputting the OTP I am getting an error “The bank system is down at this time. Please try again after some time.” Can anyone check wheather they are able to generate a VCC or this is a prob in my accont only.

Btw, what are you guys using NatSafe for ?
Seems almost everything is down. Got October super savings days cashback and unable to redeem getting message as facility is temporarily unavailable. Same with cc upgrade option since yesterday which was showing earlier
guys my sister went to HDFC Bank branch to get herself a new account. Online services were down. Hdfc bill pay was also down for sometime.
I tried yesterday, same error as urs. Unable to generate netsafe card.
same error.
Generated vcc yesterday …worked fine
