Is it better to enable Amazon Prime on a fresh account or old account (which has multiple returns)?

Account 1: Had prime since last 3 years. But I returned many items in this account. But total cumulative order value is also very large.
Account 2: Never had prime. Used very less to order items. Has only 1/2 returned items.
Which account is better to activate Amazon prime? Or it does not matter at all?

If 1st Account Is Kyc Done , I Don't Think Kyc Is Transferable To 2nd Account...
