Hello Dimers,
I am getting Axis Vistara CC easily. But I want to get SBI Vistara CC, which was rejected 1 month back. If I take Axis CC now, would I be able to get SBI later ?
Basically can I hold 2 Vistara CC at the same time ?

Yes, same
You can ask Vistara to link 2nd card to existing ClubVistara ID(linked to 1st card)
I had 2 different CV ids and later got them merged(which is difficult and time taking) so better link it to 1st card CV ID from start

What are the advantages? Free air ticket?
Will the ticket be really free as in you don't have to pay anything? Or is it just that airfare is free, but we have pay all taxes and surcharges (which is like 90% the total price)?

Just the taxes and convience fee, you need to pay. Typically it ranges from 800-1500/-.
