Is it safe to pay my house rent through freecharge in absence of rent agreement?

I am using nobroker currently through payzapp. But I am having axis card so thinking to pay this time through freecharge.

Rent amount is 16500.

I paid rent and they refunded the money to source after 24 hours . So it’s clueless
