Where it is mentioned? How can they give limited 4g data and unlimited 5g data over that? It won't make sense to call 4g as 'high speed' then.

AFAIK, when they introduced welcome offer their unlimited 5g meant "they won't charge you anything extra for using 5g instead of 4g. So whatever your existing pack is, you get same 5g for free (basically unlimited).

Please enlighten me if I'm wrong.

Bhai mereko itni jyada Angrezi nhi aati toh mai hindi me likh rha hu, mai 6 mahine se 395 ka recharge karwata hu, aur daily ka 10gb(4k me dekhta hu nah) consume karta hu. Mast plan hai ekdam isse hotspot leke laptop aur tv me bhi chala sakte hai.

Yes, you are wrong.

Unlimited 5G data means, unlimited 5G data. Irrespective of the amount of 4G data existing. Not even a byte will be deducted from the 4G data balance. And it has been the same since the start, AFAIK.

Also, I couldnt understand the connection of unlimited 5G+limited 4G data with the nomenclature of "high speed" data. 😳

How you are getting daily 10 gb 4g data?

It's having only 6 gb fixed data

Here I’m getting unlimited 5g on ₹329 3 months plan. 

I’m always on 5G, data doesn’t consume from 4G and you can use data with no limit. See my plan below: no data was consumed when I’m on 5G.

I have a 5g device but in my jio app its shows your number is on a 4g device upgrade to 5g device.
Can anyone help me with this?
Talked to jio customer care and Samsung support but they are not able to solve my problem

But airtel doesn't allow data sharing using Hotspot.
It will deduct data balance.

Is your device running the latest software? In case of my device for example Airtel's NSA 5G was supported with a minor update to MIUI 13 but MIUI 14 is necessary to enable Jio's SA 5G.
