Is your device running the latest software? In case of my device for example Airtel's NSA 5G was supported with a minor update to MIUI 13 but MIUI 14 is necessary to enable Jio's SA 5G.

That's why we should purchase only latest phones.
Old phones have to wait for update pensive

Unlimited 5g is only for mobile in which Sim card is installed.
It can't be shared via Hotspot Screenshot2023-08-04-21-31-22-61

Can be use in devices in home

But don't use too much otherwise it will come under commercial usage

Yes 395 plan has Jio True5G but it is actually Jio Fake5G as it gives lower than 4G LTE speeds in Andheri suburb of Mumbai. LTE only=25 Mbps, 5G=3-4 Mbps.

If I change the setting to 4G LTE (since it performs much faster), will it give me unlimited data still?

But I still fail to understand it why 5G is so bad in prime area in suburban Mumbai. 4G gives 25 Mbps here and 5G gives 2-4 Mbps 🤮🤢One of my friends in Andheri West and another in Navi Mumbai get 1 Gbps on same phone model as me. Airtel is also slow in my area. Could it have something to do with airport proximity?

Reason is simple bro.. They don't want to give lot of free 5g data because customers using hundreds of gb in mobile..
So they restricted speed.
Even in my area, 5g speed is around 10 mbps only.
Although some areas having good speed.
