Is mobikwik wallet to bank free transfer not working now for new users ?

I learn about the trick yesterday and made a mobikwik account and did kyc and after loading the money from credit card to wallet it shows 236 charge for bank transfer can anybody tell me why is that happening and what could be workaround for the same ?

Occasionally they will make it 0% charge. Then use it.
