I was about to take health insurance.. then decided with niva bupa as they had premium fiz until claim feature.
I checked twitter reviews and it was adverse by genuine users. Then immd we find bots come to justify like niva was smooth seamless

They literally lie using bots. Irda can't take complaints from non policy holders. Also hw can a service provider resort to such cheap tactics..every day many post on twitter complaints.. they divert immd to some automatic email etc... but later by aft noon r evening u get to see bots like this try to hide those complaints
