So i want to add money thru credit card in paytm and avoid charges so is getting paytm voucher is same or diff ?

Same. While loading money in Paytm wallet, you enter the Paytm gv code, then wallet gets loaded.

Ok coutner question ; is there is any place where i can buy paytm gv without any additiinal chrges thru credit card?

Some differences. Charges are now applicable for both unfortunately. You can transfer money from your paytm wallet to your contacts but not with gift cards, the gift card balance can be used to only pay on merchants/websites. Also there is a limit of 10k per month for adding money to gift voucher through CC.
