Is PhonePe removing food cashback offers in the evening?

I am able to see and use PhonePe cashback in the morning and afternoon, but they are gone in the evening. The offers are coming back after 11 PM everyday I think.
Is this happening for everyone?

Yes they are doing it.
Previously it was the same with my switch scratch card i checked my other account – offers were showing there.
So i transferred card there and used it.
