Redmi Note 14 series priced at ₹18,999 to ₹21,999
Note 14 Pro series starting from ₹30,999 to ₹35,999
Back when Note 9, 10, 11 series were launched, the Note model was priced around 10-12K and the Pro models were higher at 16-19k
Looks like they are moving out completely out of budget range -unless they come out later with a 14C or 14T or whatever they decide to call it.
Redmi's USP was value for money - flood the market with budget models, pack them with features, razor thin profit margins. Now they seem to be moving towards the midrange segment and have abandoned the budget segment and leaving it for POCO but not everyone would prefer POCO over a better known brand like Redmi.
I bought my Note 10 Pro for 13.5k, cant even get a basic Note 14 for that price point now.

Redmi is replaced by POCO as the budget series and the initial Xiaomi is replaced by Redmi now..😄
Similarly expecting iQoo to be new Vivo as Vivo is launching a new brand called Jovi..
The funny/sad part for the customers is that there are just 1-2 phone designs and 4-5 mobiles with different hardware combo and the rest is just rebranded versions of those mobiles among Oppo/Realme/OnePlus/Vivo/iQoo/Xiamoi/Poco/Redmi
