is Slice Card (or uni card or other) really good?

Hello friends,
I’m looking Slice and Uni card ads allover. Ads are saying that it is complete free (no charges or fees) and also provides 3-6 months no cost EMI if we pay on time.
So, I really want to know are this card really good enough in all aspects to credit card?

If you have credit card never apply for this because this reflects as a loan on cibil which isn’t good for long term.
