So I’m looking to buy an appliance and came across a good deal on Symphony’s own online platform with URL - https://shop.symphonylimit...om but i was wondering if its safe ?
Has anyone here brought anything from this website using this same URL ? I’ve no idea even if its a genuine webpage by the manufacturer itself or not ?!

I was looking for a Room Cooler, and found one from a Symphony that too with less than half of the energy consumption. While other stores selling it for 5,500 i got it for 4,700 on Symphony’s webstore.
Might not be a big of a deal still it feels good to save some when it was unexpected

I would suggest you not purchase a Symphony room cooler irrespective of the discounted price offered. It won’t last more than a year. The cooling won’t be good as well.
Instead, get a thick quality iron cooler with a copper motor installed at around the same price. It will last for many years with yearly maintenance such as the replacement of pads and painting of the interiors & fan blade. The cooling will be 10x better than any plastic cooler.

Don’t buy symphony coolers, their service is worst! I purchased cooler last year and now its not working. Its under warranty, I tried to log complaint on their website but otp not coming and on call when I say I want to raise complaint, they cut the call. 
I called 10-15 times and same thing happened. As soon as I say word “Complaint” they disconnect.
Ordered a 22.9k Movicool cooler on their website.
Local shops were mostly out of stock or selling their last few display pieces. Its a commercial model, so lets see how it goes.
