Even after reaching milestone, they are not refunding charges. I think this time sbi totally crashed and they are charging without any customer concern last time also they deducted amount from the card instead of points.

@Smiling @zee now as she has been charged what would be the right time for card closure 2 months before the next renewal date ?
are you guys planning to close the card too ?

1.call and ask to refund

2.place a card close request they may credit some rp or refund if you are lucky

I was charged renewal fee which also indirectly trigger overlimit fee for me since I had eaten up around 95% of my limit

Had wrote mail to customer followed by nodal both charges were reverse immediately

PS - I already completed my milestone yet the fee was charged. As per Sbi, they post the fees and reverses in next month

Thats terrible, thanks for the info though, did you have overlimit facility enabled or they charged anyways?

Yes that's normal practice by sbi

The fees are charged and if milestone is completed then reversed in next bill (actually reverses txn appears just a week after statement date)

Keep in mind sbi calculate annual fee waiver spend period differently from any milestone benefit available on card(there is a 1 month difference between the two).

I don't have overlimit enabled. After mailing them they said we let the transaction clear for swift experience lol

Have ola sbi, so no milestone benefit
For card issued in March month and first bill in mid April what would be period for annual fee waiver?

At the time of AMC debit, the available credit limit was less than 592?

Is your statement date 6th day of a month?

The OLF charges were shown in the billed statement, or showed up after bill generation date in the Unbilled section?

If it was simplyclick card then milestone voucher would be for spends from mid March to next year mid March while annual fee waiver would be for mid Apr to next year mid Apr.

To be on safe side I would suggest to achieve annual fee waiver target as well as milestone spend between Dec 2022 & Sep 2023 end.
