You can use millenia credit card in case the amount to be paid is greater than Rs. 1 lakh or cumulatively you can spend Rs. 1 lakh - including this tax payment - in the relevant quarter. Rs. 1,000 voucher is given by HDFC bank for spending Rs. 1 lakh in 1 quarter which 1% cash back/ voucher back. Of course, there will be a fee usuallly 0.90% - 1.5% + GST on the tax amount. But if you pay it in the beginning of the statement cycle, the interest gained for 45 days + voucher percentage should be able to offset the charges levied for credit card payment.
