is there any way to use 5% cashback of SBI cashback credit card to transfer money from credit card to bank without spending extra money?

Hi i need to withdraw some money from credit card to bank. I have SBI cashback Credit card. Can i use the 5% cashback feature to minimize extra charges that is needed to withdraw money?

Note : i dont have fastag .
Amount want to withdraw : 30k  and later 60k
