Is there some kind of lockdown started in other places/states once again? ?

I was going through some items that I wanted to buy utility suddenly some sellers can’t ship items, the following messages are showing “This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location” and “currently undeliverable”.
Another lockdown in the horizon? ?
Though it’s useless since 98% of the population don’t give a f**k.
Had a terrible experience during voting.
