It does not look genuine. Many spelling/grammar mistakes.
I think they will add your gmail id to any temporary workspace.
It can expire at any time and you will end up losing all your data stored in it.

Right. Google Drive is unlimited only for the education sector (colleges/institutions). They might sell and add your Gmail ID to their drive for usage which will have unlimited storage.
