Is wfh.transteel.com a good company to buy wfh furniture from?

They have been advertising a lot on YouTube. Their products seems to be nice but something looks fishy with their website and the YouTube videos because they have turned off the comments there and their Google reviews are also not good related to delivery and the product quality.
Has anyone experienced purchasing from them?

It’s a reputed company. I have reflex mid back chair with me and it’s really good.

if your NOT staying in city dont go for it. product quality is good
but the courier charges are more if your are not staying in city
it wil take more than 12 days for delivery
go for lynchpin.co.in for very good customer service and reasonable price …cal and tell my name (madhan)

I didn't have a good experience. Might not buy from transteel again.

I ordered SUIT 2021 EDITION online and wanted like to return it (a) not as comfortable at home as in showroom (maybe some difference in model) (b) head rest was not delivered with the chair (c) colour issues.

The customer service has not called back. Everytime I reach out to the customer care number, they promise to callback the next day; but they don't quite call back. This has gone round-and-round for last 5-6 days. I have got other things to do.

The brand experience is rather poor.
