If I port a no to another company, does isp change or remains same?
Also if one uses wifi from another device (from own or neighbour’s) what happens then?
Please explain in simple words. Thanks in advance

if you port from one operator to another ISP changes.
Similar case in Wifi also(it will be same only if you and your neighbor uses wifi connection from same provider)
IP address will always be different
