You’d be enthralled to find even more frugal and cheap (distressed) denims and stuff here ⚠️https://shirtee.in⚠️ which might make Ramkrishna Yadav and Narayan Prasad Subedi’s “sanskari” jeans look more affordable.

But please avoid talking to Mr. Yogesh 08291267521 on the on-site listed number/s… ….
… … unless you wish to humour yourselves in engaging with some super defensive and edgy person… trying to ‘project’.
All the gaga things that they’ve done or are capable of… to have got the licensing agreement from ISRO.
(The same ISRO.. that bills the poojas, coconuts, incense sticks, sweetmeats for the prasadam prior to the launch.. to the public exchequer. Yes, ultimately it gets paid from the public funds. And ISRO is a science and technology related entity. Of an ‘allegedly’ secular democratic republic).

God knows which musclemen/ powerpuff girls are behind this entity (for them to have got the official tie-up).

100%👍🏼 for all three purposes.🙂

Nation first😇

Let’s show the world the power of our ISRO🤗 that helps us become the ‘Vishwa Guru’ that we are.

Purchasing these would help Bharat Mata😇 and bring immense sense of unity and pride amongst us🙂👍🏼
Need of the hour!

Wish these were more things like cups, paper-weights, bookmarks, stationery, writing instruments too.
Would have been great to hold a pen with ISRO monogram on it and priced in the range of the Heritage Egyptomania :A Revival of Ancient Egyptian Treasures (Limited Edition 72 Fountain Pen) or thereabouts.

I would’ve thought of gifting such “ISRO” pen to @_one_miller_ for sure.

Hope quality is justified for price as isro chairman said:
“He also emphasized that the merchandise program has not been rolled out with a commercial interest, rather, the intent is outreach and creating awareness through common products such as toys, Do-it-Yourself kits, T-shirts, etc., which kindle curiosity and serve as reminiscence of ISRO success”

Also their are 9 merchandiser including this BWO.

https://www.isro.gov.in/update/29-jul-2021/isro...

Can’t they just let anyone print and sell things about isro there will any issues? I mean if creating awareness and interest is whole motto.

The motto w/ merchandize is to make money not create awareness/interest stuck_out_tongue
The premium you pay here.. is for the logos and stickers

Lol yeah some prices are very hard to digest.
Are they short of funds also don’t know what kind of revenue they can generate form this as don’t think isro have such many die hard fans atleast who wants to wear and pay such prices for those products.

Who cares smile
If the deal (b/w ISRO and merchandize partners) is not based on sales figures.. then those companies will be at loss
Anyways some will get these for sure (Hardcore “Vocal for LOcal” supporters.. who can’t differentiate between good & bad products)

Brand licensing usually works on the criterion like total time or territory/region.

hybrid deals too happen. like when Midea group (of China) almost completely bought the Japs. out of Toshiba Lifestyle Products and Services Corporation (TLSC) locally, and got authorisation to use other patents retained by Toshiba.. in addition to the 5000 plus intellectual property assets they (Midea) bought.
In China at-least.. for home appliances.. Midea gets rights to use the Toshiba branding for 40 years.

It is highly unlikely, although possible, for them to pay any royalties or share revenues based on turnover or sales.

Similarly, the now kaput S.Kumar’s had taken the brand rights to the worsted yarn business of Reid & Taylor for India or South Asia.

And I too, naively (foolishly) bought a Black and Decker steam iron. It turned out to be a product of Stovekraft (the makers/owners of Pigeon🤢 brand) and now I do not know what to do with it. (It was purchased from a on-line marketplace. Did not return for certain reasons).

Maybe, a one time or annual amount gets paid in such cases.

ISRO doesn’t need the money (I mean, money is good way to help grow, but this would be paltry)…
ISRO doesn’t need the money … but could do with gaining more currency in the public eye.
Unlike the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA)… from which NASA got carved… unlike them… in Bharat there is hardly any time or opportunity for a commoner to know of or value ISRO.

Good thought, but seems implemented more from Raisina Hill… than from within ISRO.

I respect your intellect enough to not disrespect it by spoon-feeding you.
But anyone dumb enough to not be able to check the RoC data or the number of directorships held by a person https://google.com/search?q=mca+master+data … just needs to nudge me to help out🙂… and I will try.
Or If any Chartered Accountants {¿ @Khushboo20 @soccergiants , @a2zdeals @dreamer-07 ¿) would wish to help out others here on how to check the names or details of related companies with the RoC. Then please do reach out to those members in PM, if you wish not to respond here.

I am sure, similar people (as requring to be spoonfed).. are also given the powers to remove or edit posts. So it will not be a surprise🙂 if the post (made by me) with the last names of the directors of those group (of companies) is removed too!

@login33 … How i wish someone with strong views as you, but ‘sensible’ enough to understand things… was around!😔

Stating that the promoters/directors have a Gujarat connection… equates an “insult” to the state… is some contrived understanding and projection, to say the least!

Really at a loss of self control to refrain from saying anything more sharp. Let me pause!

if it does not equates "insult " to any state or community then what are you trying to convey here
please help me out I am not that smart

you want to blame party/politician do that
but generalizing whole state/community just because someone belongs to it seems very unfair

Overpriced Clothes. They could have created Telescopes and sold them at affordable price as compared to the overpriced Telescopes on Amazon. I love to buy a Telescope but they are all so costly.

Nice efforts by ISRO. People who value and understand science will most probably buy em. Majority of them have no way of reaching out to big space organizations. It must be a dream come true thing for them.🙂🙂🙂

Today I spoke to Sunil ji [nine881494O73] https://www.indicinspirations.com/pages/our-team
.
Not sure if he took me for some casual person or legit or troll (as he politely suggested me to check the listings… when I spoke of a need for the kids item catalogue or PDF. I had already had a word with Vinayak ji https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinayak_Lohani and team]..
… but their’s is one of the other mervhsndiser agreements.. which (thanks to @ASH-D ) I came to know of and tried checking in.
.
@getready This person/promoter.. upon minor probing.. mentioned that the metal (steel, aluminium) stuff they are still somewhat getting done locally in Poona. And wood articrafts, children’s pencil box or other items “…we have artisans working with us..”
Me: from within India?
“…. yes yes… we have our network of artisans in Bengalore and nearby whom we support and have onboard….”
.
I kept is formal and polite and brief… but if anyone in and around there.. can or does want to probe or check on Indic.. as one other option.. then you can.

If only hopes / merchandise / online support can magically change something
Without the assistance from right authority (capable of supporting the copy-cat right talent).. Even SpaceX / billionaires like Elon Musk would’ve ended up as a failure or bought by some XYZ company

// 2008 //
Why SpaceX’s Elon Musk Says 2008 Was His ‘Worst Year’ Ever

Musk was talking about 2008. His Falcon 1 rocket was 0-3, having failed again that August. And Tesla, which hit a speed bump with its early model Roadster, “was hemorrhaging money,” in Pelley’s words.
The $180 million Musk made from selling PayPal to eBay in 2002 was essentially gone, having “bet it all” — as Pelley put it — on SpaceX and Tesla.

On Dec. 23, 2008, NASA awarded SpaceX a $1.6 billion contract to haul at least 20 metric tons of cargo to the international space station over 12 planned flights.
NASA called and told us we won a $1.5 billion contract,” Musk says in the interview. “I couldn’t even hold the phone. I just blurted out, ‘I love you guys!’”

They’re doing what they can at little / no extra cost.
// ISRO has also set up Space Technology Cells (STC) at premier institutions like Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) – Bombay, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Roorkee, Guwahati and Delhi, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru and Joint Research Programme with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU, Pune) to carry out thematic research activities in the areas of Space technology and applications, in support of the space efforts. //

// Department of Space has today, February 02, 2021 entered into a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with M/s Skyroot Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., a private company in Hyderabad building small satellite launch vehicles. The NDA will enable the company for accessing the facilities and technical expertise available in ISRO centers to proceed with their launch vehicle development program. //
https://www.isro.gov.in/update/02-feb-2021/non-...

The Question here is.. if they can find & support the right startup (Someone like Musk who is willing to spend everything they got in R&D). And if you look at the Top private space companies (SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, Blue Origin & ..), the founders were already millionaires/billionaires.. so the initial investment is already huge. Yes.. there could be better talent via small startups too but with little funding, the research they do will also be limited (even with ISRO helping them to test)

I was very excited about the Google Lunar XPRIZE finalist Indian team TeamIndus when they had a contract with ISRO for the launch. Since ISRO was already launching lot of satellites via PSLV was very hopeful. Later contract was cancelled due to the team not able to raise sufficient funds (they raised around $35 million although required were around $60 million).
Other teams including a Japanese team were also looking for launch help hope they had pulled it off somehow.

I think space internet is gonna be a big market in future spaceX and china space agency are already quite ahead in the game. ISRO must start looking into that space if not directly then via start-ups as government organisations are always limited of their capabilities.
