I am getting Hi in PM from different newbies every day since a week now. And they don’t reply back to my follow-up Hello. What is this some bug? Is anybody else facing this issue?

Also, as I have mentioned countless times, even Amazon customer care people will give you wrong and inconsistent info all the time so no point in adding any weight to it by propagating it.For these offers, it’s best to go with your gut instincts.

I should mention that my gut instincts were proven wrong for the Woohoo app launch offer when they gave flat 50% cashback on Amazon.in gift cards while a few people like @raghupro had the correct gut instinct to accumulate GCs worth lacs (Raghu: CMIIW) despite the widespread confusion and lack of clarity. The point to note here is that the customer care was of no help for such a landmark offer either. CC @Noah @Tejaa
