Issue in activating PNB Credit Card

I received my pnb credit card today and tried activating it by sending the ACTIV _____ ____ message, but nothing is happening. I tried to register for netbanking but not able to register as card is inactive.
I also tried to register via the pnb genie app but that also sent a message and nothing happened it gave an error.
What else should i do?
