Issue with Urban Company :: Need Help :: Seniors Contacts

Three days ago while booking a service from Urban Company I looked around for the UC GV and found them.

Before purchasing the same, I reached out to their Twitter support to confirm if I can use them. I received a callback from them on 15/1 who confirmed I could use the GV and the UC Rewards they had credited to my account during payment checkout.

Today after availing the service when I tried paying it wouldn’t take the 1500 balance from my GV…

Throughout the day I have been trying to reach out to them to make the payment and at 2:30 PM they called and said they will explain me how to redeem the same screenshot by screenshot over WhatsApp.

Now at at 5:20 PM they call and say it is not possible to pay via GV after service has been available and the same must be used during service booking by applying like a coupon.

It’s a shameful thing that they don’t even have a customer service number and one needs to wait for them to call you back.. While for people in Sydney they have a customer helping. #Racist UrbanCompany

Can someone with experience/contacts in UC guide what can be done ?
