issues with flipkart grocery

Take the video recording of the Delivery person and let him go. Call customer care and ask for the refund, they will not give refund easily stating that Delivery partner has done the full delivery, no missing item is reported, then tell them that you have the video proof. Will take sometime but refund will be issued.
Almost every order had some missing items.upon complaining Flipkart had issued refund for the missing items without even asking twice. Refund was instant as well.Last order was couple of months ago as now shifted to bigbasket (neucoin orders)
in my case flipkart guy make me count the number of items that has been delivered to countercheck , and i feel in your friend case some fraud has been done from delivery guy because grocery items are counted before packaging and its ok if one product was missing , but multiple thing cant go missing on its own
Refund depends on your Flipkart account usage pattern. These delivery agents are also involved in robbing items. Even their store head and team leader wouldn't help you. Only possible solution is to complain on Twitter. Stopped ordering from Flipkart grocery long time ago, although their prices are low as compared to other sites.

But as compared to bigbasket , Flipkart grocery is around 20-30% less priced

What is Ask delivery person for refund meaning .
Will the delivery person give cash instantly for missing items amount .
Can we If its cod we can deduct and pay the balance
If prepaid order how the delivery person refunds the amount . Is it by cash or flipkart wallet .

In my case delivery guy had some tablet type device and marked missing products, refund was issued.
Another time paneer was out of stock so delivery guy said he will get it tomorrow, as expected did not show up, has to cuontact customer care for refund

I used flipkart grocery a lot in 2022, these were only issues. I think feedback is very important to delivery persons, one guy forced me to open feed back link and give 5 stars saying new policy, rest all just say "Sir give good feeback" after delivery.
This year I made only 1 order until now, not much discounts on products and also min order 650 for free delivery
