Today fk grocery order of 2k of a colleague arrived.products worth 600 were missing, delivery person was like take delivery and then talk to customer care.we told him to mark these items as missing he said he will but we will receive sms after 2 hours as rules have changed in company.considering how pathetic their customer support is told them to come tomorrow.he said whole order might go back.later my friend called customer care those idiots said to talk to delivery person only for grocery items.there was no otp required to be given to delivery person. If delivery person had actually marked those items as missing then how much time it takes to get a sms about it or for it to reflect on website?and do flipkart refund easily for items marked as missing or damaged for grocery items?

in my case flipkart guy make me count the number of items that has been delivered to countercheck , and i feel in your friend  case some fraud has been done from delivery guy because grocery items are counted before packaging and its ok if one product was missing , but multiple thing cant go missing on its own

Refund depends on your Flipkart account usage pattern. These delivery agents are also involved in robbing items. Even their store head and team leader wouldn't help you. Only possible solution is to complain on Twitter. Stopped ordering from Flipkart grocery long time ago, although their prices are low as compared to other sites.

Take the video recording of the Delivery person and let him go. Call customer care and ask for the refund, they will not give refund easily stating that Delivery partner has done the full delivery, no missing item is reported, then tell them that you have the video proof. Will take sometime but refund will be issued.

Almost every order had some missing items.upon complaining Flipkart had issued refund for the missing items without even asking twice. Refund was instant as well.Last order was couple of months ago as now shifted to bigbasket (neucoin orders)

But as compared to bigbasket , Flipkart grocery is around 20-30% less priced

We told him to take all items back. Till 7pm status showed out for delivery only.fk website says in case of missing, damaged or different item tell delivery person to give refund that time only. Their telephone customer care is shit. @getready paji mentioned it that refund message is instant but this delivery person first said to receive whatever items he bought and then talk to customer care and later said he will start refund but you will get message after two hours. He looked like a nashedi chor. I was with my colleague, i clearly told him not to play with us then he said he is talking back items and will try to bring tomorrow.

Website clearly says to check for missing, different and damaged items at the time of delivery and ask delivery person for refund. They have also mentioned that as its open box delivery so no issues will be entertained later.did u ask delivery person for refund?

flopkart has shifted from account pattern to ragdo all + @getready ofcourse one or two exceptions will be there like @Tanmayyy Website clearly says to check for missing, different and damaged items at the time of delivery and ask delivery person for refund. Will the delivery person give cash  instantly for missing  items amount .

Can we If its cod we can deduct and pay the balance 

If prepaid  order how the delivery  person refunds the amount . Is it by cash or flipkart wallet .

In my case delivery guy had some tablet type device and marked missing products, refund was issued.

Another time paneer was out of stock so delivery guy said he will get it tomorrow, as expected did not show up, has to cuontact customer care for refund

When he marked them in his device,did u get refund or missing message instantly? Did it show up on website in front of him only?

How much time back this paneer thing happened?bc this shit is going on everywhere.

It was in aug 22, refund issued in couple of hours.

I used flipkart grocery a lot in 2022, these were only issues. I think feedback is very important to delivery persons, one guy forced me to open feed back link and give 5 stars saying new policy, rest all just say "Sir give good feeback" after delivery.

This year I made only 1 order until now, not much discounts on products and also min order 650 for free delivery

But did you get any notification in front of that person that he has marked those items as missing or damaged?

Instead of telling them that the delivery was incomplete, tell CC that the delivery attempt was never made by the delivery partner. They will internally escalate the issue and cancel the order.
