For me ITR-2 is pending for months. Is anyone else in the same boat? Had filed a grievance also 25 days back but that is still pending.
e-verified in september, 2020
My ITR filled in October, verified by them in January but still no refund after 1 month of verification. NSDL site showing no data for refund.
ITR 3 Pending since Sept 2020
I filed ITR2 in October and got refund in Jan

This is the first time I am seeing such kind of delay. Not sure in which order they are processing. Many people did in December and got refund in Jan itself.

Yes ITR2 filed in dec processed in jan exactly after 30 days. Intimations order not available but ITR processed . CPC system is not upto mark this year
