Hi All, its been more than 35 days that I had requested TV repair request to Jeeves but for some reason it is not completed. The customer care team told me I can get refund now but now they are saying to wait for another 15 days. This is a horrible experience and wanted to know where(what forum) can I complaint about the bad service that Jeeves is providing. It would be also good to know what options do I have to accelerate the recovery. What is bad I cannot order new TV also till then. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Update #2- After a lot of fighting, I did receive the refund today 70% of the bill value. In addition to that, Jeeves refunded the amount I paid for extended warranty 3 yrs ago. Given that Jeeves was not replying to any of my emails, I emailed them to flipkart email id's- [email protected], [email protected]. Within 2 days they took all the written information that I received from Jeeves. I shared the original contract along with the mail chain and all the sms Jeeves had sent. Today the refund is processed. The [email protected] can be helpful at times but overall experience is bad with Jeeves as they don't respect their commitments

Even I have had a horrible experience with them. My warranty was getting over and I had raised a complaint for 10 days no one came to check. One fine day they called and said that we are sending a technician to check but I was not available for 2-3 days. I told them that I will be available after 2-3 days please send the technician then. But later they closed the ticket and now they are refusing to help as the warranty has expired.

I was lucky and got away with it since my TV Stopped working approx 10 days prior to warranty expiry. I had to complaint twice since 1st complaint was closed saying TV looks okay despite flickering occurring intermittently and to complaint again if the issue shows up again. Then, TV stopped completely working after 5 days so they took it seriously. I just hope big OEM's like LG, SONY provide good value for the warranty they provide

Jeeves extended warranty is a scam. They promise Repairing with genuine parts but install local spares. Takes months to repair replace. People should stop wasting money on jeeves warranty.
