I recharged jio number with Rs599 through Myjio using credit card.
but haven’t received cashback of 20% yet

To Sum it up.
Points to be noted:
1. Any Recharges above 200 will give u 20 % Cash Back (Max 200 per day)
2. Credited cash back can be used for 20 % of the Recharge amount which should be above 200.
3. Cashback will be credited in 1 or 2 days
4. Cashback can be used for the same no. where the recharge has been done earlier.
5. For buying Recharge Vouchers, we cannot use the earned cashback.
6. While redeeming vouchers, cashback will be credited to the no. for which the voucher has been redeemed
1st recharge can be done in any platform
From 2nd Recharge we have to do recharge in Jio website, My Jio App or Jio POS Lite
When we do recharge from Jio website and MyJio app, directly the cashback amount can be applied and we can do the recharge.
If we do the recharge in JIO Pos Lite, we can get additional 4 % benefit, but we have to generate the OTP and enter it to apply the cashback. 
I have a spare Jio sim which I just want to keep alive.
What is the minimum recharge that I can do to avoid disconnection of service.
My preference is to do no recharge.Kindly suggest
Do we need to buy vouchers from “4G DATA Voucher” section because there is two option in my jio app to buy vouchers which are 4G Data Voucher where 20% Cashback can be applied but these vouchers are non transferable if its bought from 4g Data Voucher section and if we buy just from vouchers section then we can’t see the option to redeem 20% Cashback?
How to do recharge on others mobile number by using cashback credited in different mobile number?
You cant use your own device in this case.
You have to recharge from the number where the cashback is credited.

Reliance fresh is changed to smart point near my place, all jio marts are shipped from here.
Whenever i shop here (offline), only jio cashback is used but i dont earn cashback on txns made at smatpoint.

This offer is about Recharging and getting cashback that can again be used for recharges. It is valid on My Jio App, Web, Mobile site, Reliance Digital purchases, Reliance fresh and whatever has Reliance in its name.
Recharge your prepaid number with 200 or more from any platform if this is your first recharge. Like many had Amazon 100% 50 on 50. For e.g- Rs.599. Now you will get 20% of 599 i.e 119.80 next day in your Jiomart wallet called as Jiomart Cashback.
Now you can use this cashback on further recharge but to use it you have to recharge from My Jio App/Website/Mobile site. So you go to My Jio app and inititate a recharge for Rs.599 again. At payment page you will have option to select Jiomart cashback. Now as per terms you can’t use more than 20% of recharge value. If you are recharging Rs.555, the maximum of 111 i.e 20% of 555 can be used out of 119.80 you received for first recharge. So go with 599 to use it fully. Now you will pay 599-119.80= 479.20 and on this 479.20 you will again get 20% cashback i.e Rs.95.84. And the cycle keeps rorating.
The maximum cashback you can earn in a day is Rs.200. So if you do two recharges of Rs.599 you will get 200 only. For first 119.80 and second 80.20. 
It will credit next day. Use this again. And the cycle rotates.
I did recharge on 11.45 pm then at 12.05 am.. i got only 200cb.. their tike was slow or what

Use the cashback and recharge again
Repeat step 1
Don’t do multiple recharge together if want cashback credited correctly.

In one of my other account its showing feb 2023. Dnt know why, but it usually 90 days
In the end we would be left with some cashback amount… Where else can we use except for recharge? Jio Mart ofc… Is it fully redeemable there? I haven’t used Jio Mart so asking… Can I order groceries worth exact same amount as cash back? Or again 20% usable… Also any others place where I can redeem?? Anyone please guide
