It is possible that even after updating the iPhone to iOS 16.2, Jio 5G may not be immediately available. In that case, users need to remember two things.

Firstly, Jio 5G is available in select cities. It means if you're living in eligible circles, only then can you enjoy the connectivity option. These include Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Varanasi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Nathdwara. Jio users in Gujarat (33 districts) can also use its 5G services.

Secondly, Jio is rolling out a welcome offer to sign up for its 5G services. Users can sign up for the welcome offer on the Jio app for iOS. With a single click on the button, Jio will register a request and later send an invite to use its 5G services for free.

Readers must also note that there's no need to change your existing 4G SIM card.

Bro, check on your iPhone settings there must be a new update available for iOS system software. This update will unlock 5G feature. My brother did the same with his iPhone 13, after that it's working.

Not getting welcome offer on oppo k10 5g in New delhi

using jio5G (west delhi) but not unlimited as they claim, after daily data limit   speed is getting reduced to 80Kbps

See,

1) have you registered your number in jio.com for 5g welcome offer?

2) did you recently MNP from other network?

3) did you downloaded myjio app in your phone?

4) Are your running in current version of the update?

5) did your phone support for 5g network?

6) did your getting 5g signals in your area?

Answer the questions!

If 1 is no, register with it

If 2 Is yes, delete the previous operator's internet settings, in my case i had installed sim card without turn off, so the previous operator's settings remains in it, so check this one of your the one like me.

If 3 is no, download it, check it's available on the app

If 4 is no download to the latest

If 5 is no, change the phone

If 6 is no, you cannot use it since no network

To clarify further, to me I'm getting offer @ 155 recharge of value pack.

it may take 5 to 10 days to activate 5g, after request through  myjio app, recharge Jio Rs 61 5G data pack:...
