Jio 5g unlimited data pack of 23 days expiring in 3 days whereas my original plan validity is expiring on August 12th..Is there any way to extend the unlimited 5g data till plan expiry..few people were saying it extends till plan expiry date within 4-5 days of recharge but has not been extended automatically in my case.what should be done.
UPDATE (RESOLVED): Just now an addon 5g unlimited data has been added till original plan expiry date.It did not happen during the first few days of recharge but has been added now when the 23 days unlimited 5g plan is about to expire in 3 days..
I think this thread might be helpful for any one facing such a similar dilemma ..I was very much concerned till yesterday but fortunately the add on pack got added towards the end of the 23days unlimited 5g data pack.you can check out the screenshot below.
i done 1 year recharge, have to check whether 5g plan expiring or not

daily 2.5gb plan, but due to unlimited using 20+GB per day, once expired how to manage that 20+ usage habit, thats the problem
It will be extended automatically.
Don't worry.
If its stopped working before your plan's expiry date
Do a rc of 61 add on plan and enjoy unlimited 5G once again
Hey.. new plans will auto add 5g. They don't add all 5g plans equal to plan validity so that they can stop offering unlimited 5g pack anytime they want

Add on pack added just now.think your's too will get extended towards the expiry of 23 days.

Yes,they might stop it anytime.but fortunately it has been extended through an add on pack today.. thank you for the response.

Just like 4G we will be used to 5G and then spend more on data plans

If its 61 then you are good to go.

Even Checked App various times and also asked customer service but all went in vein!

Even after 3+ months, they did not extend 5G invite but finally was able to get hold of 5G. I followed these three steps -
Tweet them. (2-3 times)
Send port message and when you'll receive call, ask them for 5G.
After 2-3 days tweet to @ DoT_India as well.
In next 10-15 days, you'll be receiving 5G invite on Jio 😄
