any terms and conditions or even a pinky promise that the data, audio-video stored will not be clandestinely used to train any LLM/ AI software?

Not that one could stop Microsoft Google Amazon ChatGPT and others from doing it.. but still.

To date, most countries do not have much by way of stopping Google/ ReCaptcha/ StreetView from photographing, Videographing private property of others.

Good if they can match the level of the gdrive at a cheap cost.

When it comes to Jio... People will start crying about data privacy, training AI with our data and what not.

These people happily and shamelessly give their whole life to Google and won't say a word lmao

assuming it was at-least partly a jibe at my comment above
if i may clarify, my primary portable device is degoogle'ised.
I do not even use taxi hailing applications on it.. if those applications rely on google maps.

not that i need to justify anything to anybody. and definitely not that you could care less about who i am or what i think.
but expecting something fair off of someone, while letting go or ignoring it from someone else isn't necessarily hypocritical.

If a spouse nudges their partner to look at possible solutions for snoring or do something about excess fat reduction
one cannot blanket use the same rhetoric in all cases: that why were they silent at their own parent or parents being chubby or their own siblings snoring next to them for years.
[A] if one is looking for a better deal from their own spouse or trying to improve the spouse or help them get rid of an issue.. then it also needs to be looked at by itself.
[B] the spouse is no longer sleeping next to the sibling on a daily basis or living with their overweight parent/s.
[C] if the spouse is more invested in their partner than their blood relatives.. it is in-fact a good thing for the partner.

Not that there is any direct way for you to know, nor any inclination from me to prove anything to others.. that too on the internet

but people (including me) ARE just as sceptical and cautious with others too.
One has to live with restrictions like never clicking on ads or letting go the conveniences of using certain products, services.

And even if not, (then too) on a case to case basis, i do not think it is hypocritical to expect something from some entity while one may not have had such parameters earlier or vice versa (choosing to ignore now while being critical of those from the past).
You, I, others living in the charged landscape of our country are a prime example of the latter.
