great offering. lets see how airtel stands against this.
I'm already enjoying Airtel Fiber 40Mbps at 600 including taxes
It's not good at all for me. I use local broadband. No fancy apps or OTT is provided by them on my plan (higher plans do provide OTT like SonyLiv/Disney+). If I take 6 months plan, I get the rate at effectively ₹347/month with 40 Mbps speed.
Downtimes are maybe once or twice in a month that too for minutes. Using for the past 4 years. This Jio one costs double for 10 mbps less speed. The OTT bundles are good but in DD we find OTT subscriptions at very less prices if we buy from Dimers. Don't know why they made OTT compulsory.

Same.
Only issue is i have to plug out-in the fiber cable once a week, idk what's the issue, it started getting slow while speedtest app shows full speed, and airtel cc suggest this only.
Are u facing same?
What is the difference between using air fiber and 5G sim.

No face some speed issues once every 6 months which they fix next day
Speed always show 48-50mbps

Airtel Airfibre is already live in Delhi and Mumbai..
100Mbps plan is for Rs799
I think their 599 postpaid plan as speed will be much more for unlimited data..is a better option...and for ott...u can get what u want easily in less price rather than getting ones which u don't require....or there is Kodi for TV or laptops

9 months plan costs 4500 only, which makes it 500 per month. why are u paying 750? 😳
Recharged last year. Now 400mbps 6 months plan is 708₹ including taxes.

I don’t see that plan. I think it depends on city wise too? The best I could see is this: where are you from?

I gave 5000 rs for an year and got the same plan
so almost 416rs per month for 300 mbps 😜
Bro I don’t see that plan. Is it city wise? The lowest 300mbps here is around ₹560 as shared below. Are you using on first year? Cause I also got discount when I opted for the first yearly plan and than you won’t get that option. I’m using Excitel from last 3-4 years now.

Delhi.
Seems like you opted for this plan when you’ve installed the broadband, not available for me or my other house. I’ve 2 Excitel fibre connections.
My mobile phone gives 200mbps speed and that too I only pay 395 for 84 days.
As long as they have unlimited 5g for current plans this is not needed.
Does this require external antenna installation or its fully portable like the Airtel device? 100 mbps plan is Rs.100 more than Airtel. But Airtel has launched only in delhi & mumbai.
There should a plan without the add-on channels etc, just pure internet.
Incidentally, at my location TPlink MR600 gives avr 40 mbps+ with Jio SIM on on 2CA LTE.

actually in my area some LCO handles the excitel network
so in areas where excitel is managed by LCO u will face downtimes BUT they will give u plans without GST 😝 yes thats true and apart from this , iam not registered anywhere on excitel ( whenever i enter my mob nmbr it says u r not registrd), but still i can use excitel broadband and when i enquire with customer care they say ur plan is already expired in 2022 .
so may they have some sort of demo connection / they are sharing the connection (may be ) which they have given to me .
i dnt care what they have done , but iam enjoying in 5k for 1 year , 300mbps . nothing extra ,
do ask ur provider for the same coz a few people told me they got the same plan in 5k + GST 18%
