I sensed this would happen.

Used the top-up method and topped up all my numbers yesterday for at least next 1 year (500+500+500+50 and activated 1299 plan on queue) received the promised data vouchers and now call is also free cool

Basically all good reason to use Jio is gone unless Jio is exceptionally good in your area. I don’t think there is anyone who can’t shell out ₹100 extra for 1 year in get much superior speeds/service

As I am dumb and almost never did any top up recharge for Jio, gotta ask, what does this mean? Like if I recharge for 50 rupees for my no., I can’t later utilise that for any other plan or what?

For every ₹10 recharge we used to get as usual balance plus extra 1 gb data for ₹50 gb usual balance plus 5 gb data.
Everything is same except data is removed now so we will get only top-up benifits now.
