Jio Fiber Trial Offer Refund Issue

I purchased Jio Fiber connection on 30th March by paying Rs. 2500 (along with Set top box) as a trial offer. But due to some reason, I decided to return it back, so I gave the request of cancellation on 24th April. After multiple follow-ups, Jio agent came for device pickup on 9th May. I handed over both the devices in the same condition along with their boxes.
To my surprise, I received the message on 11th May that refund of Rs. 900 has been initiated. I immediately called the customer care to raise the complaint, but they denied by stating that they could not see any refund related information and asked me to wait until the amount hits my bank account.
On 18th May, Rs. 900 got credited to my bank account. I again called them for complaining, this time they raised a request for investigation.
I am writing here to know why they gave me less refund? and What to do get entire Rs. 2500 refund? Because I have returned it much before 30 days.

There is no question asked refund policy under Trial Offer.
How did you get the Trial offer? I got it installed in late November and I was informed that it had been withdrawn. There were also a few news articles regarding the same a bit earlier. One year previously they had promptly refunded the full amount (Rs 1500) after I hadn't recharged after the end of the trial period.

is it a postpaid connection? i heard that they have stopped giving refund even if u cancel after 1 day
