Jio finance payment disappeared

Paid hdfc cc bill through Jio finance using debit card today , it showed bill payment in process after I completed payment. Checked history and can't see it anywhere nor is the payment credited to my hdfc cc.
What to do?

No, it says HDFC Bill payment as Pending. Normally it'll be instant, But today it went to "Pending" status.
It's not appearing in "Bill History" Status too, which is alarming.

Check the credit card which you're paying too it will show credited

You’ll receive refund automatically. Same happened with me a few days ago. Refund came in 2 days!
