Hello,
I want to do UPI registration. I am currently out of india.
MY IR was activated once so I receive all the sms. I have a balance of Rs. 20. It still doesn't allow me to send sms.
Can someone guide me on how to make it work? I don't want to recharge for Rs. 500 IR pack to send one sms.

Don't Want To Recharge ??? Upi Registration Works Only On Sending Sms From The Registered Mobile Number Thats It... If U R In India It Requires An Active Plan To Send Sms... No Use Of Having 20Rs...

Don't want to recharge for IR which is very expensive. Do regular monthly recharges work? Or no other option?
