Jio mart is cheating with jio recharge cashback

Same thing happened to me

Cashback coming on same no. on which recharge is done ??
I also did a recharge but didn’t checked for coupon or cashback yet.

How and where to chk for cash back, I made 2 recharges of 555 and 399 on my two jio numbers, still not able to see and cb in jiomart with that numbers, can be only seen on app, was chking their website, not showing…

Wait for some time, I think it gets credited back to jiomart cashback

If cashback disappeared, write an email they are very responsive. My order delayed alot and cancelled they prompt responded

Any one received Jiomart cash back of August offer?
I have not received yet. They are saying wait till 16-Nov.

You can also check by calling on this number 9212999888 and can also redeem CB for recharge through Jio Pos lite

Jiomart is cheating by refunding to bank for non available items. That’s the only cheating, for other issues they fix it after 30 mins. If you select/apply jio maha cashback then it is deducted instantly when you go to payment page. If you don’t see the cashback, go to customer care, they will resolve in 2 days.

This is real cheating

I got jio mart cashback,  but while trying to redeem, found cb redemption option disappeared. This is clear cheating to customers. Everyone should boycot jio.
