you can’t do anything , dd is full of such post. search. That’s how they refunding

The only solution is place small orders, so u dont loose much.

This is a fraud yaar, they are converting our money into their cashback, which can only be used 20%

they have been doing this since the beginning 

JioMart is super shitty… CS doesn’t exist. Their delivery fleet (atleast here in Mumbai it is Grab, a startup bought by Reliance few years back) is  highly unreliable.

I only order things from Jiomart which are either at big discount, or not available say at DMart and the ones for which there is no rush.

So even if I don’t get it, no qualms

what stuff is cheaper on jiomart than on Dmart?

Cancel the order and buy from dmart

On packaged goods there are decent margins. And sometimes prices at JioMart are better vs Dmart.

I am saying from my experience of using both these Marts here in Powai/Mumbai region

I never faced this issue but been through their refund process once which is literally so bad.

Since then I stick with Cod no matter what kind of payment offers are going on.

Yes, it’s been there from a long time.
And the sad part is MAHACB is also expiring on 30th April

Yeah they have the most competitive prices in the market and they keep running even better offers time to time. 20% discount & 10% cashback was sweet cherries above all this.

Use cod while redeeming remaining cashback bro

Order stuff like tea sugar which has good shelf life.

This is current trick by jiomart’s. They know that all cashback will expire by 30th April. Better place small order and place on cash on delivery

They deducted 100 from my account saying that mahacashback is valid for 90 only. When i gave them transactions wise report and proved that none of the cash is older than 90 days. They stopped replying. Jiomart ho ya jio mobile, customer care is rocking (it’s like breaking your head on rocks)

I always place one order for one product, if the product value is more than 200 (minimum condition to use mahacashback)

It’s been common on jiomart, recently happened with me, i returned whole order, thats the only solution.

Any good suggestion on jiomart to buy? I have 1000rs Maha cb

Ordered 5 medicines. Used jio cashback for placing order..
But got only one medicine delivered..
After 10 days an out for delivery message came..when I called the delivery guy..he said order is cancelled as products are oos..
When asked about the same in costumer care.. they refunded more money to jio cashback than the amount I redeemed while placing order..

definitely a scam

Atleast in Ops case, it was less than what he originally redeemed

Cant see maha cb redeem option on netmeds site, is it on app or removed now?  Do we get genuine products on netmes?

Whenever I place fashion order its gets cancelled but received refund to my original payment only

It’s at the payment page..where u select cards and wallets bro..
As far as genuineness.. my last netmeds order was in 2020.. and I got genuine ones

In full cancellation, refund in original source, partial cancellation, refund in mahacashback wallet
