Oh ok, sorry for your bad experience. I too had similar experience initially with partial refund. So started loading gift card balance and use it. But haven’t had any partial cancellation after that. The pro is even if the refund goes to the original funding instrument, sometimes the final amount might become less than some offer MoV and cashback might get reversed. The con is they would be getting interest while we would be losing interest, although not very much I know this might not probably help your issue but found it better way to buy items

I agree, i too loss cashbacks (10% ) as they cancel some part of order than made the order ineligible for cashback…
They are indeed cheaters.

Here in Mumbai, have seen orders getting split into two.. Sometimes coming the next day and some within 3-4 days and later getting cancelled.

Ya, depending on the categories, try to place multiple orders from each category, dont mix the different categories in single order, so u can choose during rhe delivery, most times different categories in one order gets splitted

buy something else worth 1000 and save 200
