Jio mobile recharge worth Rs 1559 not reflecting, operator id BR0007R6DA07

On contacting Talkcharge customer support, they said recharge successful from their end & asked to contact Jio with Operator ID: BR0007R6DA07, which can be tracked by Jio. But Jio customer care says they don't have any option to track using Operator id/transaction reference number provided!
Now, is there any possible way to track this recharge using transaction reference no. (Operator ID) shared by TPA? Any expert help pls... My money is stuck, no recharge done. What should I do?

Update:- TALKCHARGE changed the status of my recharge transaction from "Order successful" to "Order Failed" after 2.5 days and just now refunded money to TC wallet after escalation. Thanks for suggestions dimers.

U should contact Talkcharge ..tell them to resolve this problem soon or u will file complaint against them. If they dont help.. do online complaint against them... post ur concern in Twitter and tag jio and Talkcharge
