Still there is no restriction on incoming call.

Do we need to stop doing recharge.

I think there should be some charge (~10 pasia/min ) and use that money to improve network for all providers. Free minutes with plan are enough for average user.
I agree that with cheap data poor can use it but cheap data and free call reducing proctivity of employee.

IUC came, now going. I’m still on 448 plan (2gb/day + unlimited calls for 84 days) & have 3 more in queue.
