Jio number block without RC

Has jio blocked (or issued one’s number to someone else) anyone’s number for not recharging it? Did Jio launch a plan for incoming sms, calls only like SHITtel and idea/vodafone?

my jio sim card is not in use since april 2018, not a single recharge..i dont even use it for incoming but still the jio no.is active…

Do you get calls from jio team to recharge phone?
I sometime get calls to recharge it.

People using jio without recharge from 2 years. No problems. I’m using from 3 months no recharge. Still incumming calls sms chalu
