like if your aadhaar name is Mukesh you cannot open account

Account Opening Error
Their system automatically puts special character eg: dot (.) in last name and then says it is not allowed. typical faky behaviour

Mukesh, dob is 19, Apr 1957. Obviously they don’t support fake ID creation for trolling purposes.

The issue is I don’t have a single name. Even my id proofs have the same thing, name space surname format. But please tell the exact procedure to be followed. And in case account has been opened if surname is not given then what shall be steps to rectify the mistake.

This error is from JIO itself this is their software bug
all banks allow bank account opening with single name so they should also rectify this mistake.
Funny thing is
The dot is put there by their system
Last name field is not editable
System is asking to replace dot with last name
Account cannot be opened with only single name in Aadhaar
Note: This problem is there from very long but they don’t have time to rectify it

Hdfc allows tried, you can do video kyc without any hassle, How you know very small percentage have single name in their aadhaar?
