Yes faced same problem .
Ultimately had to leave it and got recharge done thru retailer.
Will try again 2 -4 days afrer when other recharge due

ANYONE USING JIOPOS LITE.
I am unable to recharge through jio pos lite. I have 1500 balance in my account and i want to do 1200 rs recharge still show insufficient balance error.
Any one help
