It can be reversed. Someone did it accidentally on my jio number. Just that the receiver needs to share the otp to reverse the transaction. I had shared the otp and it was reversed.

I don't know the process. Someone accidentally recharged my jio number and he initiated the reversal process. I just shared the otp to reverse the transaction.
