Jio recharged for wrong number

Hi experts,
I want to recharge for my friends JIO number and checking in paytm if any offer available. I tried with my number to check if any offer available but It recharged instantly without selecting fast forward button. In recharge if we select fast forward then it should be recharged instantly with available balance, but when we don’t select fast forward button it should go to next page for applying coupons and confirming payment. Amount recharged is 1101(international roaming). Now jio cc denying to cancel recharge and paytm asking to check with jio. Anyway to cancel recharge and get refund in paytm. Currently plan in que and no chance of activation as its jio phone and jio phone will never works for international roaming.

Nothing can be done now. 
Technically they should cancel it and refund the amount to the source as the recharge is not in force and is queued. No harm trying to get in touch with nodal or appellate of Jio asking to reverse the recharge. The arguments should be genuine, logical and strong enough to find a resolution to the case.
If it’s not procedural, they should mark it a case and make amendments henceforth.

@srini1973 Is it necessary to type in the recharge amount Rs1101 to check for offers? why not typing small amounts like 10 is not enough?
I agree but was never under impression it will recharge by next click itself
It had happened for me also but small amount so I leaved it,but it is not nice to deduct through balance if we don’t change fast forward button ,may be in hurry we may not change it . paytm should change this option
They are taking it lightly and going to face consequences in future.

I left it, let it go. Going to avoid recharges via paytm in future and already given 1 star in google play store.
Go to jio gallery or any jio Shop where they have lapu sim tell them all this if they agree they ll call from their lapu sim it connect to Shop keepers help line there they can tell about your wrong recharge and need reversal try if it helps
They get reversal only if the Recharge is done from their LAPU Sim not from amz, Paytm nd other sites!

Find nodal officer numbers online or Write mail to nodal officer…… that helps
