Just update your Honor 7x for March 2019 Google Security patch. After that you’ll see Video Call option in your default calling section.

I also got native video call option after update. But whenever I am trying to make video call it gets cancelled automatically, similar with incoming video call. Any solution?
Edit – After one more security update of 312 MB, native video call working fine now. Honor did a great job this time 
I’m pretty impressed that they are giving regular Google Security updates.
Sold honor 7x for 5300 few days before with like new condition.. didn’t liked the phone at all.. 
How much did you buy it for?
And where did you get buyer for 5300? :O

It’s a 230 kb update. Is it safe? No idea since never heard of such small size update.
My phone is not showing this update as of now …

yes got the update….
one thing i have noticed is that honor phones get better updates than mi phones
